Shipping policy

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. 

Orders under £50: Your delivery charge will be £3.95 to anywhere in the UK

Orders over £50: Your delivery charge will be £9.99 to anywhere in the UK

As we are a voluntary organisation, our online orders are currently processed twice a week: Mondays & Thursdays.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and will typically arrive 3-5 days after being dispatched. Once you've placed an order you will receive a notification via email. When your product(s) are dispatched you will receive a notification via email.

Local pickup: You can choose to pick up your item(s) from our Eyemouth store. Please call (01890 751758) or email us (admin@retweed.com) us to arrange a suitable time.
