Refund policy

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases from ReTweed. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item(s) to us for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the delivery charge. Alternatively, you can exchange the product for a similar item. However, as most of our items are handmade there may not be an identical replacement.

1. Notify us by email at admin@retweed.com, quoting your order number, within 14 days of receiving your product(s). 
2. Return your items to us at 26 High Street, Eyemouth TD14 5EU within 14 days of notifying us. Items should be returned unused with any labels attached. 
3. You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned items. 
4. We reserve the right to withhold part of or the whole refund should the returned goods be found to be damaged or otherwise in a state that means we cannot sell them again.
